EOG sterilization is one of sterilization methods and has been widely employed by medical
institutions and industrial sector.
Although EOG has excellent sterilizing capability, it is a highly toxic, carcinogenetic and
explosive gas. Once it is released to the environment, it will give adverse effect on human health and
the environment. However, in most cases, it used to be emitted to the air or in waste water as it is after the use.
Recently, in Japan, local governments started regulating emission concentration levels and
making the installation of treatment equipment mandatory under their issued regulations.
This product can treat exhaustion from various types of EOG sterilizer and aerators.
「PurEo」 is capable of safe decomposition combustion treatment of exhaustion from water sealed pump type sterilizer.
- Adoption of catalyst exclusively used for EOG treatment enables the treatment at low temperature (150℃).
It has a built-in heat exchanger which reduces running cost and lowers the temperature of exhaustion.
- It can treat exhaustion from an aerator.
- Automatic operation is possible through the communication with a sterilizer/aerator. A remote control panel may be installed. (an option)
- Control panel adopted color LCD touch panel. In addition, operation record can be stored in an internal memory.
- Operation status is constantly monitored with various monitors. When abnormal operation or unfavorable condition of surrounding environment
are detected, equipment will automatically and safely stop its operation.

- It is equipment to reduce the concentration of EOG by resolving EOG into water. The water is then aerated and the gas of
which concentration level is within a safe range is transferred to CD model. (International patent has been acquired.)
- By circulating water between a sterilizer and treatment equipment, water consumption is reduced.
- The use of water before combustion process eliminates the concern for backfire to a sterilizer.
